K-5 Eagles have been working hard this fall in the art room on sketchbooks, choice art (also known as TAB or Teaching for Artistic Behavior), a community art project and clay. The Community Art project Encinal artists are participating in is for the new Stanford Children's Hospital and is called “Voices of the Community”. Each student’s drawing will be mailed to Project Snap in December and then formed into a larger mosaic digital installation at the hospital for many to enjoy. Attached is paperwork for families to fill out so their children’s art can be easily discoverable online. Visit Voices.Stanford.edu for more information. Volunteers have been very helpful in the art room. If you’d like to volunteer in the art room please sign up at Living Tree as part of the Art Volunteer Group Code 314FE93309 Thanks for visiting Encinal School’s Art Website http://encinalart.weebly.com Stephanie Noon Encinal Art Specialist
